Oil Change

I know this isn't performance upgrade but I'm usually religious on changing the oil but ive been so busy lately I am about 800 miles over is this going to do any damage to a 98 SHO

Motorcraft filter only, oil I get from work for free (I work at Ford) and I drive it very easy. Its getting changed tommorow but thanks anyhow.

I use Motorcraft filters because thats the offical ford product also I get it cheap, same with Valvoline. It's whatever oil the techs use, I get it out of the oil machine. I do drive the car very fun when I get ahold of it. I was saying it is drivin easy because this is my moms car I have a 91.
