From the look of the picture, I have a feeling if those are going on 11.6" rotors you're going to need to get the grinder out

That they are. I had them modified on Saturday to as close as it is in the pictures on NJSHO's thread. We'll see.

I, along with LoudSHO92, installed them tonight. There was absolutely no reason to get the grinder out other than to grind down the square piece on the end of the brake hose on the driver's side.

Anyway, if you still run slicers, you owe yourself this upgrade. I now stop in 1/2 the time...it's amazing. Pedal feels better too

P.S. Pics coming soon

Here's a quick pic to satisfy you. The others will be coming tomorrow.

Hmm, looking at other posts I see the pads and pins need to be switched around.

Yes, the caliper marked "L" should be on the right side of the car and vise-versa. Make sure the bleeder is up and that the spring clip on the pad is on the trailing end of rotation. The pin install is good..... Keep the C(E) clip on the back side.

Bleeder is up on both sides.

Is there a reason for this? Just curious to understand why. I have it on my SHO like this and I havent had any problems. I never read anything about swapping brakets and pads (you would need to do this to swap brakets)

I'm not sure that it matters as long as the calipers are on the correct sides (i.e., the bleeders are up). IIRC of the three Bondurant cars that we have around here I think there are examples of mounting both ways. Also IIRC I swapped the brackets on the knuckles that were on the Pumpkin (which are on the silver car now) just because it's much easier to get at the pin and change pads when the pins are on the top (i.e., opposite of what is shown here).

There may be a good reason to mount the brackets one way or other, but I've seen both ways before. Intuitively I think it would be better to have the braking torque beating on the solid end rather than the pin end, but
