On this glorious day 5/10/10 my son Jacob Michael was born at 7:38 p.m. weighing in at 8lbs 4oz. Mommy and baby both are doing very well and we're looking forward to going home in a couple of days to start our life as a family.

I know us future dads hear this through the whole pregnancy but it really is the most amazing thing. You just can't describe it and there are so many feelings that overwhelm you when they finally pop out. SO COOL!
