OEM if you can still get them which in the case of the SHO is pretty hard to come by.

Good luck finding Ford parts for any older Ford. I have seen them discontinue parts as soon as 10 years after production.

Are you trying to modify it, keep it stock and make it more reliable? Are the cams welded?

OEM are usually of higher quality. I had a problem getting a brake caliper and brake hose for my 2014 F150 yesterday. Supply chain is still f ubar...mostly on purpose I speculate
