Not that it is important, but I won't be driving the SHO. I will be in the BGT. The SHO is still in the shop. Might have it back Tuesday.

No go on the cylinder heads. They are ready to be picked up, but they are in Auburn and I am not wanting to fight Narrows bridge traffic on the way home. Friday afternoons are the worst. Also, I just talked to Web Cam, the lash caps shipped today. Would a trip down in the future (later next week) be OK with you?

BGT=Big Green Truck, though Gutless fits too. Since pulling the ladder rack and canopy off she's not as gutless as she was.

If you don't want to drive all the way down to Salem you can park your rig at my place or at Jantzen Beach and ride in a SHO to the picnic.

We will talk about the heads later......... Dave just called said no one is coming down from Seattle besides you. They all back out :jpshakeh:

That still leaves us 20+ people and 15 SHO's

The weather worked out great for the picnic, I know my family and I ate well and had a great time. Watched a little CONAN "the ranch" on tape and Thunderhill hot laps to get everyone even more excited about our trip to the SHO Convention.

After the picnic we all went to a "Cruise In" at the local Communitee College were the DJ stopped the tunes to make an announcement about the SHO's pulling in and parking together. It was fun answering questions about our cars, even had conversation with a local wrecking yard owner for future components.
