Alright, when I let my car sit in nuetral, there is a noise coming from what sounds like the left front wheel area. when i push the clutch in, the sound goes away. After I let the clutch back out, 5 seconds later the noise is there. I don't even know how to describe the noise. Also, there is a rattle coming from under my car, I think it might be a heatshield but i'm not sure, I hear that noise more at low rpm's and in reverse more than anything.
Anyone have any ideas?? thanks in advance.

Chrisssssssss:
Throwout Bearing? I think that these are some of the symptoms. If it goes away when you push in the clutch, I think that it is definately the TOB.
I just had my clutch, throwout bearing and all that good stuff replaced less 3K miles ago. I think it's almost impossible.
