I had the problem earlier that noise came from front when applying brake. So I change both rotor and PFC brake pad from Autozone. Still noisy when apply brake and noise continues till car stop. Even more noise than the old rotor/pad.

Possibility, between caliper and pad?

Did you make sure to clean the rotors before you slapped them on.

I have comebacks at work frequently for the same thing your talking about because one of my mechanics refuses to use brake cleaner.

It is new rotor from box. Except take away the cover plastic, do I need to do something else?

Ususally the rotors ship with a film of oil on them to prevent corrosion. This film must be remove with brake cleaner

Another method to clean them is to stomp on them repeatedly. Do this on an empty highway. The heat and pressure will usually get any old pad residue or oil off the rotors. Usually, squeals are caused by old pad material on the rotors. Getting them up to 600-700 degrees will burn off that old material.
