Noise Power Steering Pump

I have a power steering noise when I start my vehicle. I can here the pump winding when I first start. When the vehicle warms up the noise pretty much goes away. It will also make the noise sometimes when I turn. Any Ideas?

Try a flush and new power steering fluid. Cannot hurt, and a good start before looking at the pump itself.
