Does anyone know if there is a noise lever for the race track?

More than most racetracks I have seen, WH seems serious about noise regs. They do not list, that I could find, noise levels per individual vehicle, but say that they noise level as measured at the property line has to be less than 75db. Due to the relatively small number of cars that will be on the track at one time, I think overall we will okay.

it isn't the noise at the track, it's the lawsuits filed by the surrounding houses that are the real problem.
The SCCA uses that track, maybe they have some guidelines posted.

See Tim's post above. Some people fart louder than 75db!!

Very tight. Gotta have mufflers.

Just talked to the track yesterday. 75db measured at the property line.

The one hard rule is that ALL cars must have some visible muffler. Must look like one and provide some sort of noise attenuation.

Consider that open exhaust is NOT allowed, and if your car is REALLY loud, you should put a better muffler on.

IF it is street legal no problem. Use common sense.

Keep noise down in the pits till after 10am. First car on the track at 10:30 so you don't have to get up before dawn.

Noise rules mean no PA system. We are considering buying one of those battery powered things...but Ken has a really loud voice! :)

With the abundance of FRS's anymore just use a specific channel for the track day maybe, only challenge is keeping the attendees from talking on the radio.

That will just cause more "Four Off" incidents as we drive across the infield trying to run down "whoever" might be playing the music!!!

I would rather hear "I Can't Drive 55".
