I have this noise that just started to come from the engine. I looked under the hood and it seems like the crank bolt is loose. When I gas it it makes the noise and It wabbles Do I need to replace this part, or just tighten it. Is this really bad or easy to fix it. Thanks

Try to tighten it first.

If you have a 3.0 or 3.2, it will require a long torque wrench and a 19MM socket. Use 1/2 drive sockets and/or wrenches. Tighten it to at least 120 ft.lbs., more if you can.

If you have a V-8, I don't know the exact torque or socket size, but the procedure should be basically the same.

Don't drive it without doing this. If that pulley is wobbling, it can cause all kinds of bad things to happen.

If the pulley is already wobbling, it's already too late for something.

If you're lucky, you'd just gotten a separated harmonic dampener.

If the bolt is, in fact, loose, it has likely ruined the crankshaft. Possible crank cancer victim.

In any event, stop running the engine until you diagnose it.
