noise coming from the brakes

i have this weird kinda loud noise when i slow down, it comes from the rear brakes, anybody would have an idea? it sounds like the rotors are rubbing against something.

They probably are.

Try a visual inspection of your brakes.

If that is something you're not familiar with, you'd best find a friend who is or take it to a shop.
