noise after starting

I have a 91 and after i start it it sounds like there is something rattling around in the flywheel are. Anyone had anything like this before.

Rattling like loose catalytic converter heat shields? Or like loose catalytic converter innards? Check 'em both.

Its not the cat heat sheilds its definity in the flywheel area possibly a TOB problem? its starting to do it when i am driving now.
