No wipers!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!

My car that sat for 10 years is grumpy. Today I had some dew on the windshield. I turned on the wipers and it was a NO-GO. When I turned the switch on I can hear an electrical type of buzz sound around the radio aria of the dash. It is not loud but can be heard. Under the cowl no movement of the blades at all, and while under the hood, no sounds. Can any one point to me a direction to start trouble shooting? Thanks!!!

There is a control module for the wipers on the firewall under the dash to the right of the gas pedal. I'd start there.
