Hoping someone can point me in the direction to solve a problem that just recently cropped up. Last Sunday I went out to the car and it just wouldn't turn over. Car would crank as though it was just about too but then nothing would happen. Up to this point the car has given me very little trouble. In fact just the night before we took it on a 200 mile round trip where the car sat for a hours in between starts and with no issues.

So here's what's odd. I can hear the fuel pump and I'm getting pressure (40 PSI I believe) at the schrader valve when in the on position. When we got home from our trip the low fuel light was on so I put in a few gallons of gas in (light went off) but no change. There aren't any codes being thrown. From what I could find searching the cam or crank position sensor sounded as though it could cause this type of problem. I replaced the cam position sensor on Monday but still had the issue. Then work took me out of town a few days so the car sat, during which time I ordered a crank position sensor. Today I went out to the car just to see what happens and sure enough the car turned over. On the first try I think it backfired but on the third crank it finally started up. Ran a little rough for a bit but eventually returned to normal. Since I have the crank sensor and it doesn't seem to hard to do I'm going to install it but I don't want to get caught far from home and have this happen again. Any other suggestions on what I could look/test for to determine what caused the problem? Thanks!
