Like the title says. I believe its probably one of my grounjds is bad. The tach jumps up to 4k while cranking so there's probably a power issue there. Any advice would be appreciated. I have the starter grounded to a bolt where the tray used to be and the battery itself grounded to one of the nuts on the strut mount.

Ground

It has to be your ground if all else worked before. When I did mine I bolted it to the inside metal support by the fuel pump shut off (driver side). The metal is too thin to just throw in a screw. I ground off the paint, then used a nut & bolt to tightly secure it. I also ground down the surface where the battery used to be (from starter) for a good clean connection. good luck
