No Gray?

Steel Blue can not be considered a shade of 'gray', as the gray scale is defined by the absence of any color hue.Such as blue,green,etc. It goes from pure white at one end to pure black on the other....As for waiting forever...If you look at my wallpaper paste-up that I made (post #3),you'll see a strip section of a 'Atlantis Green' Fusion.(There were no pictures of a SHO in that color, at the time)...That's the existing color I've 'settled' on...Still,..

I think SHOclub1 was saying that the Steel Blue is sort of a charcoal blue which might attract some gray people. It'll be interesting to see what changes come about in the next years besides available colors on the SHO. It's my understanding the SHO was on the fast track, so as times passes, we'll probably see some interesting and unique features.

The new SHO is slated for some more than minor appearance changes in 2012 MY from what I have heard.

As for color, I hope Autto wasn't being all up in my face about Steel blue, after all Steel is pretty much grey unless you heat it a certain way, so it could be interpreted as "grey-blue"..... :angelnot:

I understand though, that most people have a color they just won't get close to. I have a friend that both he and his wife hate blue with a passion. any shade of it at all.

My wife and I both love brown cars. I even have a "brown car" trophy that I donate at any car show I am involved with or put on, except the SHO convention, where there was only one year of true brown SHO (till this year) and that was usually my car!

Anyway, I was just trying to be nice about the entire thing, and thought that the steel blue was a decent color, much nicer in person than on paper IMO.

The steel blue looks pretty good in my opinion.. Looks kinda grey

SHOclub1 and PonySHO...Believe me, If there's one thing I would never get up in anyone's face about, it's Steel Blue....I'll say again; I like the Steel Blue. I like it a lot. I think it's one helluva classy ride. Even if others on this forum don't care for it.(Please refer to the thread about the Thanksgiving Day parade float)
