past three mornings SHO hasn't wanted to idle after first start of day. will start then die, start then die. will stay started if I feather the throttle slightly [900 to 1000RPM]. a couple of minutes warmup and it's good to go for the rest of the day. no codes. fuel pressure is good. checked at end of day. probably should check in the AM but 4AM

sorry hit the wrong button. 4AM is just too early. had like problem on another car years ago. was a pin hole in fuel rail weld. sealed when warm, bled in air when cold. ideas? possible causes and fixes? will do the battery disconnect in the morning.

Pull the codes before you reset the computer.

I recently had the same problem. It turned out to be a dead IAB. (idle air bypass)

Idle air valve is certainly something to check. also the fuel pressure.

it would be easier if you formed complete sentences.

sunday AM I pulled the codes again, again none registered. checked fuel pressure and was within specs. past two days SHO has started and idled perfectly. I never disconnected the battery. I must have gotten a tank of bad gas or SHO just had a 'glitch in the getalong'. will replace fuel filter next day off or short day I get just to be on the safe side. THANKS for the replies.
