No Cats?

Finally got around to working on my 92 MTX for about the second time yesterday only to find out that there aren't any converters in the exhaust system and im wondering exactly how this effects the running of the car? it seems to run fine, little louder than normal. Anything i should know about this problem?

Having been catless, and catted again, I must say I prefer catted. The low end is better, and that works for city driving. It's had no effect on gas mileage going catted again. But to answer your question, it doesn't hurt the car being catless.

Sounds good to me. Just wasnt sure how it would effect the operation side of the car while driving. Its just another one of those things i need to fix before i put back up F/S again. Thanks.
