I kinda like it up top. Are they easy enough to see up there?

Very easy, they pretty much line up with the mirror. Only downside is I can't ever use the visor again if I do it that way. But I still like it alot!

Are you doing standalone gauges or Aeroforce? Since we have factory wideband are you planning to add a third sensor?

The visor thing is kind of a bummer though. Maybe above the sun glass case like the H&R build.

The sun glasses case idea is intriguing.

Also what is the H&R build you speak of?

Why not mount it to the visor itself? If you need to use the visor you could still use it but you can't see the gauges when using the visor. Or you can use the A-pillar

I'm pretty tall, so I can only use the visor flipped straight out. Mounting on the visor is a no go for me. As for the a pillar pod, not looking to spend $250 for that. Will more that likely use dash mount the more I looked at it. I can fasten it to the speaker cover then it is easy to remove if I need to replacd anything.

You could always do what I do...gauge on gauge on gauge, lol...

What I like about this setup is, I can use up to 15 screens of info. I only actually use two right now. The one you see in the pic is the important stuff, and on the other one (a quick swipe up) I.have things like tire pressures and some other not-immediately-critical stuff, but stuff I still like to know.

Wait... how do you get tire pressure numbers? I've been going through all screens trying to find that and cannot find it.

Also, is that torque on the tablet? That's so cool, can layouts like that be shared, or is there a default that can be used to look like that? I need to get a cheap tablet so I don't need to use my phone for it.

All four tires are PIDs within the ECU the Torque Pro can read. I have no idea why Ford chose not to have that available on the dash as it would be important to even the most soccer mom of soccer moms, lol (I dare say even more so? They aren't checking tire pressures regularly, lol). Seems like it would've been easy enough to have a dash screen as the info is there. I feel the same way about boost/vacuum, Ford could've given us a dash gauge for this, it's already in the system. SMH.

Anyway, I just use an old Galaxy Tab A dedicated for this purpose only. What's nice is, when I'm parked at home, it's within range of my wifi and updates (device or apps) as needed automatically. It's permanent (I did put a quick connect on the back so I can get it out of direct sunlight or if I don't want it easily visible when parked. I ran a well hidden USB charging cable hardwired (fused of course) to the battery so that it's always charging. It'll drain the cars battery if you're not disconnecting it from time to time. I use the OBD MX bluetooth adapter.

Not sure if you've used Torque Pro, but you can totally customize the size and type of gauges needed within then available PIDs.

I can get more pix up when I get home this evening.

Figured I'd add a few pic...cuz I said I would, LOL.

Used a combination of Rokform and ProClip mounts to create this monstrosity. 3M adhesive mating on the back of the tablet makes for easy removal. As you can see, I was too hasting taking it off one day and broke one of the Rokform tabs...stills works good though.
