That's basically what happened the last time I went. I'm pretty much just getting started with SHOs, and everyone else knew so much about them. Heck, I didn't even have a SHO at the last QS&L meet.

I am in agreement with WillieSHOme the convoy seems like a blast, but not too sure about the 9AM part as i will be driving from South of Grand Rapids, MI to attend... im not a morning person, but will go along with whatever gets decided, after all, I'm new.

I am 90% sure i will be attending, 100% if no unforseen issues arise.

Id really like to make a SHO meet. I have yet to meet anyone else in the area with a one. Who knows maybe i could talk the gf into a small road trip aswell. Although i have no idea where we are going.

I hope you do make it Egg. If you bring the gf, make sure she knows what to expect or else you might be in trouble. This is what to expect.
1.Drive from where you live to Ann Arbor and take 23 to almost where were going to meet in Toledo.
2.BS at the meeting spot waiting for people to SHOw up.
3.Caravan from there about 95 mi. or so to QS&L, all the while talkin to and ribbing :jab: each other on 2-way radios.(Really FUN part)
4.Arrive at QS&L and BS some more lookin at the SHO's and then go in and eat and BS some more.
5.Get done eating and go outside to the SHO's and BS some more and look at them.
6.Say the good bys and do the caravan thing again back to the point where you need to split off.(Really FUN part)
Now this should be most of a all day deal. I don't want to make it sound to short for the amount of drive. But I must warn you that the drive is a lot of what it is about too. I think it is good because you get to enjoy the SHO you own and get to see other SHO's in action(If Greg's is running(Tman) :jab: ). Plus the driving could get a little spirited if you know what I mean! :ruhroh: Plus you get to meet the people on here you BS with online.

P.S. Hopefully it will be nice and dry the day of and a few days before. You will want to dress warm for being outside. I wore long johns last year. Oh, and don't forget about taking pictures!

i just might be there and i have finals starting on the 13th.

looking to be about another 360 some mile trip again, but i will probably leave on friday afternoon get up there and get a hotel and do some social events if anyone would like to join.

Negatory on my SHO being there........missing an A-pillar cover, alternator, fog lights............oh..........and that thing that covers the engine bay.

That, and it's on storage insurance.


And yes, "Wild Bill" is the one with the yellow GenII.

Depending on what exactly is going on I may be there. I am going to be in Ohio already (leaving Friday night) for a family Christmas thing. If ya'll actually make it to Quaker Steak then I will be there. I will not be at Maumee Bay though. My parents live about 2 miles from the Quaker Steak where everyone is meeting.....if you guys are still going to be there.

Incase anyone doesnt know I traded in my sho on a 2004 F-150 so I will be sholess for all the meets now.

wouldent beable to get there at 11:00 if I got there at 1 or 2 could something be arranged so I can still meet up with you guys? I really want to go and I should be able to stay with my cousins so I have the lodging part taken care of, they are 1 hour away. maby I can get someone's cell number when the date gets closer.

oh the family christmas party is the 11th so I can't blow them off but as long as I stop by and give my hello's and what not all is good.

by the way if anyone wants to caravan up togeather I live in cheektowaga NY (western NY)
