Newbie with timing chain woes

Will be looking for advice on a timing chain job. Always found forums to be the best place for information and advice. Will be doing some searching when I have more time but looking for a parts list and recommended brand for complete replacement, chains water pump oil pump phasers etc..... Possibly any write ups or how toos. If anyone reading this can share links to guide me it would be appreciated. 2014 sho

Rough barely will idle. 21 codes stored including p0016 p0018

I just had mine done, bought a complete kit on Rock Auto. Waterpump chain and sprockets etc. Had a shop do it because I would lioke to keep my sanity for a bit longer
