I've been around on other online forums for a couple years now. Just picked up a Gen-3 (as a daily driver) for essentially free and figured I'd search out a place for info. I'd post pics, but the weather here has turned the car into a mud ball!

Make sure those cams are welded (or putty'd)

x2 on the cam welding.
also check that the car doesnt have any know tranny issues these are 2 major problems with the Gen IIIs
