Hello, All. New kid on the block - great to be here.
'95 MTX w/ 150k, had it since 1997. ShoShop Powerstage II installed 2002.
Little things starting to act up, some beyond my limited ability.
- Anyone have a recommended mechanic in Northern VA? Living in Fredericksburg, so southern MD is also an option.

Back in the day, I lived in San Diego - The ShoShop was just up the road in Huntington Beach. They specialized in SHOs and had four different package options (Powerstage). Powerstage II had: Hi-flo Y-pipe, 80mm MAF, power chip, underdrive pulleys, cold-air intake w/K&N, ported intake and bigger secondaries.
It was Win/Win - more power and more mileage.

I used to live right around there a few years ago. There is a place in Fredericksburg called The Axle Shop. I found them to be great for all work other than in-depth engine work, ie....rebuilds. But most stuff they do they do great and cheap.
