Anything and everything? Some more information would help.

Was a new CPS installed?

What else was done?

Were the timing marks lined up?

Was it put on backwards? The lettering on the belt should be upside-down if you are trying to ready it from the passenger fender.

Lettering should be right side up looking from the motor to the passenger fender.

the belt doesnt need to be on in that direction as long as the timing marks are lined up properly it just helps if you dont know what your doing to line up marks. like loudsho92 said you need to give a little more info on what else was done.

Check for spark and fuel. If I were a betting man I would say timing off, cps or ground. Those are the things that would have gottin messed with for a timing belt.
