new temp gauge

What is the normal operating temp for a 1993 sho? I am getting a pillar gauge I have use a ir tester and the car is not running hot and I have replace the the sensors already so I I am getting a pillar ggaugethat got from 120-300.

190-215 should be normal op temp.

If you are putting the temp sender on the back of the block where the plug is located it might run a little higher. Mine reads about 220-225 consistently.
