I just had the Summit Turbo mufflers installed along with a new universal flexpipe, also with Ravin dual exhaust tips-tuner series. Now, the Sho is running very rough, vibrating at 50mph plus.

Any ideas if the exhaust pipe may have too much movement. When I shake the tips, they seem sort of loose as opposed to the stock tips that didn't have much give at all.

I'm going back to this muffler shop in the morning because the passenger side muffler with tips seems to have shifted a forth of an inch and the tips aren't too straight now.

I wouldn't think an exhaust system that moves around would cause a rough running motor.

Be sure all the rubber hangers are secure.

I agree, it probably has nothing to do with the exhaust.. Did they weld the tips on? or just push them on?
What type of lift did they do the work on? It may be possible that they damaged a suspension part or such when doing the work or something to that effect. Peek under the car and make sure everything looks the way it should.

Well, I thinks the vibrations may be gone but the jury is still out on that.

*However, has anyone ever replaced the rubber on the hangers for the mufflers. The rubbers seems to me too rubbery and elastic, especially with the heavier dual tips I had put on. The mufflers w/ tips on each side seem not a sturdy as the stock ones.

Should I replace the rubber hangers?

For peace of mind, personally, I would... Watch ebay and check your local parts stores and stealerships.
