Hey Guys,
As you can see i am new to this forum, But I Was on the caraudio.com forum for quite a while.
But anyway, I just purchased my first SHO it is a 92' pearl green MTX, it has dual exaust and flowmasters, and tinted windows. These are the only mods I know about. I got it for $2000 and it has 180K miles on it. But now on to the questions, I'll go from most noticable to least noticable problems.
First the brakes pulse, i assume this is from warped rotors and I wonder if just getting the rotors turned and new brake pads would fix the problem.
Second, the car seems to surge during acceleration, im not sure how to explain it, but it feels almost like a bad automatic tranny if you know what i mean. like the power just kinda drps off for a split second, then comes back, what might this be?
And last it is kind of a bear to shift, like sometimes it wont go all the way into second or fourth, and grinds a bit going into reverse. I have read that maybe synthetic fluid can help this, is it true? Thanks, get back to me as soon as possible please,
