That looks sick. Good job Kirk.

Btw, cost for paint is ridiculous. $104 a pint?!

I have to say it looks fantastic!

The way your SHO looks right now Kirk is what I had envisioned the new SHO to look like.

Basically if you see it coming down the road you can tell right off the bat if it is a SHO. You could do that with the previous 3 generations. This is what I would like my new SHO to look like!!! Again great job!!!

Dont forget where I live! Its just about dark here at 330 now.. Inside there is florescent lights with red and blue bulbs above, and some of the outside pics used a flash.. which will f things up too.. People that know me, know if it didnt match it would be ripped off and already down to Ronnies and I would be calling Dupont and waking someone up! lol

For matching the paint its one of the BEST jobs I have seen with all the pearl and metalic in this paint.. in normal outside light you can not tell any difference.

PS. 104.00 for the paint (pt) and 100.00 for reducer (pt), I just about took a James right there when then gave me the price of the paint!

Paint is expensive! When I repainted my bike (KAWI GREEN):dribble:, it cost me almost three hundred for a pint and a pint of reducer! They need to bring back Crack so the price of P***Y can go back down!

I wasn't quite sold on the color-matched grille, but seeing it on the car, man, that's sharp as a tack. Well done!
Not sure Tux Black should be Solid Black.. I think..
Tuxedo Black has mica flakes in it. There was a big to-do about it when it debuted on the MKS; it's the result of some new painting process that Ford and DuPont(?) pioneered for the MKS, IIRC.

Edit: Oops, it is glass, not mica:
AutoWeek said:
Ford said it has created a new, industry-leading pigment named Tuxedo Black that will launch on the all-new Lincoln MKS flagship sedan. Ford explained, "This deep metallic, like a set of jewels, isn’t an ordinary metallic that is composed of mica flakes but instead has a new flake derived from glass. Because this glass pigment radiates a beautiful sparkle, less of this special flake has to be added, providing a black that glistens like never before."

Kinda like john deere's green.. CRAZY EXPENSIVE... Same with Caterpillar's orange.. Kawasaki green was made to make money haha.. People always need fairing's painted.. They wanna make a few hundred off of ya each time you get a decent scratch in one..

Looks good man. There is a LOT of potential with the new SHO both performance wise and looks wise. It is slowly creeping up on my CPO list in 2.5 years.

The new color grill looks fantastic. I hope you decide to redo the chrome trim at the bottom. Like Tony said, the chrome around the doors would look better in red (or black). Me hates chrome on new cars. Nice work!

When did Ronnie move the shop to Oxford!?!?!?

Car really needs tint now...

technically the shop is located in oxford, but the way the town line works it is labeled webster, i know i lived right across the street from there before i met kirk, and it was funny to see all of the SHO's for sale not knowing they were kirks
