Hello everyone. I noticed that the map sensor on top of the intake manifold is missing one of the two screws. So in the interest of being complete I figured I would buy a new one. I recently bought a new PCV valve from Wholesale Ford Parts Fast for about $7. Was shocked to see that this screw, which is part number W505565-S437 is $16. for just one.

I guess I will search ebay or a salvage yard but WFT is with that price for a screw that is about an inch long? luckily, it's not needed as the sensor fits in there kind of snug anyway. Maybe this is why a previous owner never replaced it.

If it’s bothering you and you do have the hole it shouldn’t be hard to match something up, even if the heads are different. Maybe try Mike at EcoPowerParts. At least back when I bought the noisemaker delete pipe he included two new screws for that MAP.

2015. Thank you so much for your reply. It made me take a second look which confirms what you said. There is no second hole. That’s strange. It’d be interesting to know what happened there!
screw $.0002 saved x production amount.
