I installed the new radiator I recieved from the Radiator Doctor. Everthing went fine except the isolator mounts were different and the upper neck was 1/8" smaller. The passenger side isolater was connected to the filler neck and could not mount to the stock nut plates and the other side had a shorter stem but seemed to mount ok. Who has gotten a radiator from them and have you had these little problems?

Just installed a new radiator which I got from Kragen. Everything fit perfectly. cost was $156. The old one had 4 years and 80K miles on it and it leaked where the plastic meets the metal. Leaked only when cold.

Cost me $108 shipped 2-day. Mine was cracked on the drivers side plastic, about 3" split.
That's where both of my two previous radiators had failed - near the attachment bolt for the fan and shroud assembly. They got me through 265,000 miles though, so I can't really complain. I got a quick replacement at Pep Boys as the Go Dan Inc. 2192 for $150. This is an exact replacement for either the 3.0L or 3.2L SHO since it has the transmission cooler in the passenger side. I wasn't in a position that I could wait the 2 or 3 days for a mail order to arrive so I consider the extra cost of the $150 price my instant-delivery-with-no-shipping-damage charge.

Wow, and I thought I was lucky getting 180k out of mine. Mine really only leaked once in a while but enough to cause steam to be forced out of the crack due to low fluid. Works great now though.

Mine lasted about 135k. The drivers-side tank started leaking at the crimps during startup. Only saw it leak once - and it stopped once the coolant warmed up, but might as well get it done before winter. Picked up a replacement (Go-Dan IIRC) radiator at Advance Autoparts for $135ish after tax. Limited lifetime warranty, too. Luckily they had one in town and ready for me in an hour. Fitment was perfect, had cooler lines for a ATX and looks like a quality unit.

Damn! I knew I should have replaced the hoses when I did the Rad. On the way to work today I saw some steam coming from the hood. Low and behold there is a pin-hole on the top of my upper rad hose squirting like an artery. Temp fix until the new one gets here. I love FPN those guys are great and cheap.
