new problem

i got the sliding pins out of the support bracket finally. but now i cant get my brakes to bleed. i bled the master cylinder both secondairy and primairy and back at the bleed screw on the caliper. it bled good at the master cylinder but still only barely dribbles out of the bleed screw on the caliper. any ideas? am i doing something wrong ? thanks in advance.

If it is the rear calipers that you are bleeding then you might need to open the proportioning valve so that fluid flows to the calipers. Also, are your rubber lines in good nick? With age, they collapse and will not allow fluid through.

Just a couple of thoughts. Good luck and keep us posted.

It was the rubber lines for me.

been there done that, had both lines mess up at almost the same time, i couldn't believe it.

Hey, not to hijack the thread (as far as brakes goes, +1 on the hoses, it happened to me too), but sho'd, aren't PGT rims 5x114? and heavy as all balls? like 24lbs a piece? I have a PGT too, 93, and the back wheels are mitsubishi rims... go figure... also, where did you get your autodimming rearview mirror?
