New post question

I just have a question about viewing new posts. On another forum i belong to, if you have previously viewed a thread, and there are new posts in that thread, when you clink on the main thread link, it will take you to the first new post in that thread since your last visit. Is this something that is an option here?

That is how I have always viewed this forum as well as the 2 SRT forums I'm on, so Yes. Can't remember if I had to check/select something to make that happen, but it works for me. If it's not for you then you might just be viewing the listed threads from the wrong page.
