I need a good wet tire. One that is good dry. I could care less about snow.
Then these tires are what you need http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Goodyear&tireModel=Eagle+F1+GS-D3

Read the reviews, you'll be hard pressed to find a complaint. I bought a set for my car but havn't had a chance to try them out yet(there's still 3 feet of snow outside..lol)
I got a set of these for my SHO in 225/55/16. They stick very very well and are pretty quiet, even when they're spinning ;-). Wet traction is better than anything I've ever used. My only gripe is the sidewall is FLOPPY compared to other tires I've had semi-recently (S02s, RE730s). Adding a lot of air seems to help (~42psi or so, max is 51), but I'm not sure if I'm ever going to be as satisfied with the turn-in response as I am with the grip.

They do a nice job of making my now coilovered ride quite tolerable though.

My new Fuzion tires are getting mounted today since the car was at the tire shop for a fuel pump failure headbang

I will update this post once I get few miles on them to see how these n00b tires are.

First impression is pretty good. They do buldge a bit in 225/55/16's on slicers. Grip seems great, they've only broken loose on a bit of gravel. They have taken away my 2nd gear chirp substantially.

I will see how they wear though and how the grip stays as they wear. They should be getting some track time as well as a trip across Canada as well.
