rears are stock for now, I ran outta time Friday......

I kind of like the raked look, but the rear defintely needs to be lowered a half inch or slightly more

very stiff, thing of it is, it feels 10x better now, I even reused the old used sensatrac struts..... figure that one out... it was more bouncy with the stock springs..... now it feels controlled

turn in is better, but defintely need to slow down for bumps

I won't be removing anymore off the front, I already can't park it anywhere, I used to be able to run the front wheels to a parking stop, now the bumper won't clear

defintely dropped 2-3inches wish I had measured it before and after.... I was kind of in a hurry though squeezing it in at work between jobs. notice how the top of my wheel lines up with the middle of the 24v DOHC emblem in the pics.... the old one it was higher then the wheel by a good amount..... even the lower trim pieces started off higher then the top of the wheel

also those are 235-45-17 tires

the old wheel gap was obscene

Reminds me of dads 95 ATX. His car also had the raked look. I'm not sure what springs it was on but they were not altered.

It looked great but I DREADED backing up in that car, I could not see anything over the trunk and I have bad depth perception as it is!

Car looks good tho.

It should drop a little more though..... I didnt always like those wheels, I actually think they are dead sexy with that drop!

That looks sweet Todd. Bring the rear down a little and it will be perfect.

Did you do the control arm cups?

nah I gotta save up for those, then I'm ready for the dragstrip!

I found myself a pair of Bridgestones I mounted to some old slicers, so I will throw those on there for the strip as well with low air pressure and see if I get any better traction.... hopefully the strut rod recievers help with axle hop!

Those springs will probably help your launches also.

yes it feels so much more stiff

going over those bumps in my parents hood are a totally different experience, now I gotta slow down to like 5mph on the entry....... it feels so solid though, very nice

Much lower than that and he will be bottoming the struts out everywhere. Been there, done that, it sucks.

Lower, we've gone lower with other cars and no bottoming out. That old 89 we had was pretty slammed and the struts did not bottom out.

Thanks for posting these up, and giving your opinion of the ride and handling. I'm gonna get a set of these for this winter's round of mods.
