Just finshed up sunday..

I had no idea how bad the starting system was...
I could drive this thing to work on the starter alone(just kidding)
and as an fyi a couple tips....
the positive cable is MUCH longer than the forum folks I`ve read is!!
the 48" and 56" as recommended are fine for the negative...but I would go with at least a 70" if you want it to route properly. I am now routing the cable along the top of the radiator because it was too short!
also..the battery recommended by my auto parts store has too large a positive post.
check with them and get the small post positive.
Hope this tip isn't considered stupid...but so what if it is
NOT all of us are trained mechanics and/or have a garage!!k
