Needing Help.....Knocking ????

Alright guys I need some help. For the past couple mornings I have been getting a cold start style knocking from the passenger side. once it warrms up it seems to go away. Now it seems to be down on power also. The cams are welded, the car is running Mobil 1 in it and just had a fresh change a cpl weeks ago. It does seem to have a slight miss to it at idle also. Tried to trouble shoot it a bit after work today but I couldn't find anything. It is running the ebay coils and motorcraft plugs (done last fall). I thought I had read something before about bad coils and having this problem. Any help or ideas on this.

My bet would be coils...i know my car has this problem but im sure worse than yours. Is your cel on?
My car has gottin to were it stalls almost every time i reach low idle especially turns. Rather annoying. And dangerous...surely someone more knowledgeable. Will reply

I plan on trying to dig into it today. No cel light though, just majorly down on power and the light knocking when I first start it. Plan on checking the cats on it today and see if maybe that is part of the problem also. It is driving me crazy as I will be shipping it back to the states within a month.
