need valve seal replacement tool set!!!

hey everyone. I badly need to do a valve seal job as my SHO got rejected for emmisions and the 60 day grace period is quickly nearing an end. If anyone in the Worcester MA area (i live in Bolton) has a set of valve seal tools or knows where i can borrow/rent/buy a set cheaply than please let me know. i dont particular want to buy one off ebay for $200+ unless i have too. I will be willing to drive to pick up the tools and drop them off etc. Thanks for your help.
