I realized a slight surging under high gear/low RPM the other night so I turned on my Torque app to realize that I am only hitting 8-9psi at max (with about 85-90% WGDC). My car is a '15 with only 17k miles on it. No CELs.

Here is a list of my mods:
SW catted DPs, Ford Racing exhaust, MSD Coils, SP542 Plugs, 170 tstat, 3bar MAP sensor, XDI-35 HPFP, modified Airaid intake, GH Intercooler, 18+ trans mount, JLT catch can & AJPTurbo E30 tune (~18psi/24 degrees)

- I have taken off both BPV and the orange seals are NOT torn
-I have taken off the noise maker and blew threw the passenger opening and did not get any air passing through the diaphragm
-I took off all turbo to intercooler piping and did not find any cracks or tears in the piping
-***I did find my front turbo to intercooler hose kinked so I loosened that and moved it onto the intercooler further*** (this is what happens when you let friends help you with the IC install)

What is the next step? Did the kinked hose **** my front turbo?

Covered a lot of ground already :) Check the C Clip at the wastegate actuator on both turbos. Apparently have a habit of coming loose. Also check the hoses atop the intake manifold attached to the wastegate controller. They are unclamped from factory, might be creating a leak there.

Might be good to visually inspect the impeller blades and make sure they are still in tact also. Could be one turbo non functional but let's start at boost leak

I found it! It was the C-clip on the rear wastegate - it vanished.

The real question- can you [easily] access this from below because my gorilla hands cannot begin to do anything from the top?

Just a note this happened to me. If you have a performance package with the oil cooler then it is impossible to get the C clip on without removing the downpipe. At least that's my experience. I was able to get the rod back on the actuator but not the c clip....if you don't have the oil cooler then it should be possible from under the car.

Are you referencing to the front turbo? My rear turbo is the one with the issue.
