Recently my 94 3.2 sho had some engine trouble

here's what happened I got a call from my father saying his wife was broke down at the local walmart with a dead battery and asked me to go help. Ofcourse it was pouring down raining outside but i went up there anyway. Before I made it up there for some reason the exhaust on my SHO came apart right behind the engine and I'm guessing that caused it to backfire or something. Anyway the car jumped timing up to like 5 teeth on the front timing belt. So my counsin and I tore the top of the motor off so we could get to the timing belt so I could reset the timining and changing the timing belt. We then noticed there was oil in the spark plug holes. So I've decided I'm going to replace the plugs , and valve cover gaskets while I have it apart. When we pulled the front valve cover gasket we noticed that the rubber in the plug holes on the cover has hardened . So I'm asking what are these seals on the valve cover gaskets called is these the shims I've heard so much about or what? Also where's the best cheapest place to get the parts I need to fix my car.

The parts I'm looking at getting at this point are :

Spark plugs
timing belt
valve cover gaskets set
the seals inside plug hole son the valve covers
plentum gasket , egr and throttlebody set
passenger side t-rod since it's bad aswell
front brakes
finally rear motor mount

lastly is there any other parts I should look at getting that i might not be thinking about or forgetting about

www.shophoenixproject.com will tell you all. and those rubber seals are the plug well seals, and are the original reason you have oil in your plug wells. Those need to be changed. http://home.earthlink.net/~rcm_automotive/ sells Fel-pro seal sets, and Advance Auto sells them as well. about $70 for the valve cover/plug well seal set. I would recommend putting a bead of black RTV around all seals to aid in sealing, especially the plug well seals. the first website I listed will tell you as well.

I believe those are your Plug Well Tube Seals, which is the reason why you have oil in the plug wells.

Finding parts in that combination with these cars is pretty rare. On some items, you get what you paid for.

There are plenty of others parts you can replace while its all torn apart, but it will get costly fairly quick. So to add to your list while your changing the timing belt, the Water Pump, Cam, and Main Seals are right there. The CPS if it hasn't been done already.

Thanks guys I was able to find everything I wanted at the sites you suggested

But i have also decided to go ahead change the plug wires

Where can i get motorcraft WRE4081 plugs at? since these are suppose to be OEM plug wires

here's what I've decided to go with at this point

Intake gasket set
Valve cove gasket set
throttle body gasket
egr gasket
Motorcraft AGSP-32PP double platnium plugs
timing belt
CPS
oxygen sensors
and timinig belt tensioning tool

I was able to get all these RCM Automotive but they don't apparently don't have the Motorcraft plug wires

motorcraft plug wires are expensive and hard to get. I would recommend ACDelco wires as they're every bit as good as the original, and a lot cheaper, to boot (no pun intended). Taylor wires also apparently work well. I have AC Delco wires on my 94 ATX and they work like a champ.

And it is ALWAYS a good idea to change the plug wires while the intake is off. They're a b*#%) to change if you don't take the intake off. I would recommend giving the valve covers a good cleaning while they're off. Oh, and definitely listen to SHOPP about stuffing towels in the spark plug wells and screwdrivers in the oil galleries. You really don't want something falling down in there. That would be "bad"
