Need RCA Plugs access from 97 SHO Radio

I have a Mach 97 SHO that I need to adapt to RCA plugs for a mp3 player...

Any kits out there??

Difficult?

I did it on mine through the cassette via the link above and its worked great for several years.

i completely agree with above tape player hack. i did this in my wife's 98, and it's worked flawless with almost continuous use.

why wouldnt you splice into the harness and leave the wiring to the head unit to work with the tape player and if you wanted to plug the ipod/mp3 player in you could that why you still have cd player,tape player,and an AUX input. or would it not work that way?

Outstanding, thanks. I have a small mp3 Disc player I want to install... But with this setup I could simply plug in a small mp3 player... hmm....

Well.. you aren't losing your cd player first of all.

Second of all, that is an option. I did that (I just spliced into the tape deck audio wires). Most people don't care to do this becasue a) it's easier to just cut the wires and then hook them directly up to an AUX input and b) who use's tapes anymore?

i didnt say you would lose cd player or if did it wasnt ment to..... idk anyone that use's a tape player but you never know. im the kind of person that likes everything to work and work like it should even if i use it or not.
