need o2 help

on my front o2 sensor there are four wires 2 white 1 black and one gray..the question is whitch one do i tap into for an air feul gauge ..in desprate need of some guidence ..YES I KNOW THEY SELL AN ADAPTER KIT BUT I AM BROKE ..ITS MAINLY FOR LOOKS
