Need Help

My car is making a clunking noise on the passenger side but it comes and goes. I went to
a tire shop last week to get the tires replaced they said i was missing this washer or like a spacer that goes between the wheel and the hub on passenger side. Could that be the problem and if it is what is the part name or part number because im going to replace it anyway. Its nothing motor because it only does it when the car is moving and doesnt do it when its just idling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In a stock configuration, there are no washers or spacers in that location.

Either get a clarification from the shop or visit a new one.

so between the hub and the wheel thereisnt like a washer or a very thin spacer that sit onto the hub.

nope not at all. The clunking could be your strut mounts and bushings.
