Need help with knock

Ok first off its a 93 mtx 3.2 swap when I start it up it has a knock for a second and then goes away then when I take off it drives fine and only knocks in between shifting (while the clutch pedal is pressed) then it goes away I've drivin the car really hard while it was knocking lol just to be shure cause at first I thought it was a rod but impossible because I've been driving it hard and hasn't got any worse and I mean I put like 300 hard miles on it since the knock started and it also knocks at really high idle like 4000 and up and it has power until 4000 and then its like I'm draggin the back wheels with the e brake on power at all above 4000rpms I just wana know what it is before I yank the engine in a foot of snow and die a cold frozen death with a wrench frozen to my glove thanks. Ps I posted this with my phone so sorry if mispelled some stuff

Does it start at 4000 then go away?

Well I will try it and see if it goes away its like it dosent have power like the wires are crossed but only after 4000 it runs fine before 4000 I don't understand mabe a shim got kicked or something I've had 10 shos and about 15 engines throughout all of them and never had this issue
