I believe the word is spelled, "*********."
There are many rubber parts in the front suspension that are called bushings. I am thinking that you are experiencing the interference between the upper spring pad and the inside of the strut tower. Without more detailed information, this is just a guess.
If this is the case, replacing the spring pad will not solve the problem. It comes as part of the bearing and seal assembly that allows the strut to rotate. Ford had issued some metal plates called spacers that fit on top of the top mounting bracket and under the top of the strut tower to move the spring pad down and away from the strut tower to eliminate the interference.
With the shorter spring height on my car, I need the struts far outward to achieve even -1 degree camber. This places the spring pad in contact with the strut tower - with the spacer. To allow the interference without the friction and the noise, just apply some silicone grease to the contact points between the spring pad and the strut tower. If you turn the wheels fully in each direction, you can get both sides without removing the wheels.
I hope it is that simple and cheap for you.
