need help replacing my rear speakers anyone know how?

how do i remove the rear speaker grills??? or do i have to remove the whole back shelf???? i gotta 95 3.2 SHO and the so called Premium speakers are almost 10 years old.

Facing the rear window...push in and up with your thumbs on the edge of the speaker grille closest to the back seat.

Yes, they are pressure-fit grilles, and you can also use a butter knife if you can't get them off with your hands. You're also going to need a shorty screwdriver to get at the screws holding them on.

After that, it may be a little tricky to hook the new speakers up, It has the Ford connectors and everything. Its prett easy though if you have any electronic intelligence
