Need Help Plz. 60k and clutch

Ok im doing the 60k and im curious about a part on rockauto.com. Im looking for the front main crankshaft oil seal and on shopp.com it says National 710220. Item Price Core Total Add to Cart
BCA Part # 710220
Category: Timing Cover Seal {Oil Seal}

Is the above part it? I went to the 89 sho parts page and looked up crankshaft front seal gasket and it gave me this part number. Can anyone help?

Also im still in dire need to any clutch replacment info as im changing my old dying one out this week prolly in a few days so if anyone could send me any info on it i would really apreciate it.
