I've started to have an intermittent problem with my car sometimes when I start it the climate control, turn signals, reverse lights, and rear defrost dont work. I know they are all on the same fuse but the fuse isn't blown. Does anyone have any ideas of where to look to fix this? by the way this is on my 89 and it started shortly after the clutch was replaced if that helps.

this may be a dumb question on my part, but have you *changed* the fuse to a different one? tried a dab of dielectric grease on the ends maybe? im kinda stumped as to your problem. hopefully someone else will have an answer.

Check the ignition switch and wiring at the switch. This vehicle has the rotary ignition switch which is prone to going up in smoke on the accessory circuit that runs the EATC, defroster, etc. Try turning the ignition slightly both directions when this happens. The problem usually starts out intermittent. It will be really obvious once you remove the lower column cover if this is the problem, as the connector will usually be melted.
Ford was selling a kit for this that included the ignition switch, connector body, and wiring leads for the toasted accessory circuit.
This is even more fun in a SLO LX with a digital dash, as the display is on the same circuit. I averaged about 40K on a switch. (Mom has car now on switch #5.)
