Need Bolt Size

I need a heli-coil kit for one of the lash bolts. It was 6am, I hadn't slept, and misread lbs/inch for lbs/ft. Needless to say I need a fix. I believe the bolt is a m7 x 1.0. heli offers course and fine thread. I assume I need course because that's the only one offered in m7. Anybody know?

What's a "lash" bolt?

I'm guessing that you are referring to one of the chrome plated valve cover bolts, since there is no such thing as a "lash" bolt. Those are M6 in the standard thread. Been there, done that.

Are you talking about the bolts that hold the intake snakes to the heads? Those are 8mm x 1.25

Are you taling about the bolts the hold the lash caps down?
