The guy is asking me is its gonna fit his 95 ATX....

Pretty sure the starter will work fine so long as the solenoid is attached.

Next time, put a disclaimer in your ad such as "Bidder to verify part is appropriate for their application. Seller is not responsible for any application other than that specifically stated."

That shifts the liability for an incorrect guess to the buyer, not to the seller.
