Pro-M 80mm. I had the 77mm in my car at once. Garbage. I switched from the Pro-M unit to the stock unit and the car felt a lot better in all aspects.

From what I have read the Pro-M's were decent units (in comparison to the C&L). They were a plug and play maf that were not supposed to need any tuning. Of course, just like any aftermarket MAF, they can be hit and miss. You have a wideband and dyno time, so it would be pretty easy to test it out and monitor your a/f to make sure it id running right.

I have the Pro-M 80mm on my 95 MTX. The previous owner installed it, a chip and high flow Y-pipe and exhaust. My car runs very well with these upgrades and pulls great. Much better than my stock 89 MTX and my stock 91 MTX Plus. I can't say if putting a stock MAF unit back on if it would perform better but my personal preference is the Pro-M. Just make sure you clean the MAF with the appropriate cleaner if you don't know the history on the unit. I just cleaned mine because my check engine light would flash sometimes and man what a difference. I just put it away for the winter and already getting the itch to get it back out already...
